It's been WAY to long since I updated!

I cannot believe I haven't updated anything since Easter! I feel awful about that! So much has happened I just don't know where to start!

Noah is getting so big! Yesterday was his 16 month birthday already! I cannot even believe it! When he was born I was thinking that time wasn't going to go so fast....I was wrong! But it's bittersweet because I see how much he has learned in these 16 months and it amazes me!

Well in May Noah got his first real injury. As you can see he fell and hit a shelf at daycare and had a pretty nasty goonie. :(

He LOVES it outside! The boy would live outside if I'd let him! It's ok, I mean I'm glad he likes it outside that just means that maybe when he's older he'll be into sports rather then watching tv! He isn't really interested in the TV. He might pay attention to Sprout for a while but that it. And only certain things. I guess that's a good thing, although that also means that Momma doesn't get anything done like EVER cause I always have to entertain him! I don't mind, but sometimes you just have to get some work done and there isn't that moment with him!!

His Dr suggested at his 15 month check up that we start doing things like sidewalk chalk, finger paints, and coloring. He has a giant coloring book, and markers but he's more interested in eating the markers then anything. Finger paints...I haven't been brave enough for that, Chalk isn't bad and he liked it...and liked to eat it to!

He got a swing set a few weeks ago, and he loves it! There is a see saw on the one end and he thinks that's just the best thing ever! I love that little man more then anything else in this whole world!
Him thinking about going down the slide alone! It's a fast one!
Him on the see saw, I keep telling him he needs a buddy to be on the other side instead of me pushing it up and down lol
I guess they call this a glider, he likes it, since the baby swing isn't up yet this is about the only "swing" he can do lol. Once again would be better with a buddy!

He also got a new water table, since he is so obsessed with water and he just loves that to! He loves bubbles, actually he even loves to say bubble! :) He just the cutest!
Him and his jean diaper!

Making his Poppy play with him!

He loves his Poppy, and I must say that my Dad is a WONDERFUL Pop to Noah! I'm so grateful for that, especially since his Daddy is gone. Noah has Pop wrapped around not only his little finger but his entire hand! My Dad will do anything whenever for that boy! It can be 100 degrees outside, he can be tired, in pain and Noah comes and grabs his finger and leads him to the door and he goes out every time! He's a trooper! I'm so very happy for that! As you can see, they not only enjoy the fun things together, but also a nice afternoon nap!!

He has practically a mouth full of teeth! He had his 12 month molars before he was 1 , and he had his eye teeth before his 15 month dr appt! He's so advanced! lol He is learning more and more words it's amazing! He's amazing!

He now will point to the sky when I ask "Where is your Daddy?", not that he really "understands" it, but I guess the 20 minutes we spent at the grave site for Father's day talking to his Daddy and me pointing to the sky saying "Dada is in Heaven with Jesus" helped a little. He actually said Dada when we were there this time, and was blowing him lots of kisses! I know he would absolutely LOVE his Daddy if he were still here with us. But now we just have to keep his spirit alive. Speaking of which, Noah met his 1/2 sister at the Fireman's carnival 2 weeks ago! Which by the way also happened to be the day he rode his very first carnival ride ever! That was nice! It was a little too much meeting there, because of all the people and things to look at but it was nice. You can totally tell they are related! Both have their Dad's features. Noah looks like him when he was little, and Jayana looks like him as a adult, too weird! Here they are after they rode rides together!
This is the first ride Noah was ever on, with his sister :)

I just want them to grow up knowing about each other and maybe they can have a relationship growing up. Once they are older how often they see or talk to each other is up to them, but I know I'd wanna know if I had another sibling out there. So we will see what happens! So far so good. Jayana is about 13 months older then Noah. So they aren't that far apart. I think everything will go well. I also believe that Jeff would have wanted this for his kids.
