2 year well child check

Today was Noah's 2 year check up!  First time he was at the Dr's since his 18 month check up!  His pediatrician is very pleased with his development, as well as his vocabulary and the fact he can count to 10 and say his ABC's already!  She has no concerns with him!  I always love to hear that!

Noah weighed in at: 35.7 pounds
Height: 35.1 inches

He's growing like a weed!  I am so super proud of him!  He only got one vaccine today and he didn't cry, didn't even make a face he did so good!  Then they sent us to the lab for him to give some blood.  Apparently they check their cholesterol at 2 years old, weird I thought.  But I did look it up on my phone while we were waiting and I seen it!  He screamed and was crying crocodile tears :(  My arm was all wet that was holding him on my lap, I felt so bad.  I was ready to cry thankfully they were done before the first tear ran down my face and by the time he got his bandage on his arm, he was over it!  Now tonight he said his "Boo boo hurts."  Once I kissed it he was over it!

Today I was off work so we got to spend the day together.  We started the day with eggs and Sprout!  Since it was rainy and yucky out we just stayed home and played with his cars and trains today!  He was a really good boy all day until we went to the Dr's then he got a little crazy!
I'm glad I got to spend the day with him.  Soon it will be the weekend and we might start attempting potty training.  Wish me luck if we do!

Noah's 2nd Birthday Party!

Today was Noah's Birthday Party!  Of course it was a Tractor theme!  The boy is in love with tractors!  We only had family, his God Parents and their little cutie Lilly, Aunt Joann, Tony, Val, and Antonio, Uncle Frank (he's really not family but he should be!), my parents (of course!), and sister and Danielle with Madison and Kailyn!  Oh yeah and Gina also came with Noelle!

Kailyn pinning her tire on the tractor!

Madison's turn!

Noah's turn, he even cheated and still didn't win!

Noelle's turn!

Antonio's turn

Lilly's turn!

I'm sorry but this was too much fun! I'm planning on getting them all printed out but of course cropped first!

Once again LOVING when we all sang to him!

Noah got some nice gifts as well, even though they were not needed!  We just invited everyone to come enjoy lunch and have a nice afternoon!  Noah and I thank you all who came so very much for making his 2nd Birthday party even more special!  We enjoyed you company, and Noah loved all his gifts!  We'll have a lot of fun with the Velcro catch, the talking baseball set, the stuffed Chica, Tractor, outfit, and the truck!  We both really appreciate every thing!

I still cannot believe my baby is two!

Noah is Two!

Well today is the day.  The day that was almost a little harder to swallow then one!  My handsome baby boy turned two today!  I swear it shouldn't  be true, although he's totally smart enough to be two already!  We started the day with something I found on Pinterest.  He thought it was the best thing since Chocolate Milk!

all ready for the morning!  Notice him sleeping on his bed!  shhhhhh
He woke up in a awesome mood! He normally does, so I was just hoping today was no different! Last year Noah had a quite a busy first birthday so this year we decided that we would tone it down!  Aunt Chrissy took the day off today to spend with us again.  We were going to do Chuck E Cheeses because Noah was only there once and really enjoyed it and every time a commercial comes on he's glued to the TV!  We wanted to meet Aunt Danielle for breakfast so we decided to do something else, and chose Chocolate World.

The Birthday Boy's breakfast!

After breakfast at Bob Evans, we went to Party City to make our balloon order for tomorrows party, then headed to Chocolate World!  Honestly that was like the 4th time he was there, but each time he enjoys it.  This time I took him to the 3D show!  He liked that!  He actually kept his glasses on the whole time to! Noah could really have cared less if we just stayed home all day.  I felt like I should do something special with him!  I was thinking of taking him to Lancaster to the Choo Choo barn, but it was crappy weather today and wanted to stay close.  He was already to the state museum with his Auntie's this past summer, and to bounce houses so I thought Chocolate World would be good!
We pretended to be tourists for the day!

he didn't want to be on Mommy's lap!  He's Mr Independent!

Aunt Chrissy bought him a Kissmobile

all ready for the 3D show!

Milkshake after the 3D show!
I was at the 3D show once before and it was pretty cool!  Noah enjoyed it!  My sister enjoyed it also!  It was fun!

His Auntie's and their niece Madison came over, as well as Kailyn and we had a little party this evening.  We broke him in to the normal pizza birthday dinner this year!  He also got to open our gifts to him.  I just bought cupcakes for today since he'll have a cake tomorrow!

He was smiling ear to ear while we were singing!

Yes....excited about getting clothes!

and his most FAVORITE present....a stuffed TAZ!  His Aunties kitty!

We had a awesome day!  I'm excited for tomorrow for his party with family and friends!  I'm sure he'll be excited to!

He is really growing into a awesome little boy.  I'm so proud of him!  He's so smart, his vocabulary is growing by the day.  He's speaking in sentences now, and he's so polite and says please and thank you most all the time!  He knows how to count to 10 all by himself, although sometimes he'll try to trick you!  He's learning to say his alphabet to.  He's just all around awesome!  He sings twinkle twinkle little star!  His favorite song is Jason Aldean's Big Green Tractor!  In the car he will listen to that CONSTANTLY if you let him!  At home he's always getting his Poppy to "watch Tractors" on the computer!  They watch You Tube videos of tractors.  He's all boy let me tell ya!  I honestly cannot believe he's two already!  He's growing and changing and I couldn't be more proud to call him my son!

It's hard to believe.....

He's such a little man now!

I know everyone is proud of him, and I definitely know is Daddy is watching down on him from Heaven and is just as proud of the little boy he is becoming as everyone else is.  I only wish he could be here to witness it first hand.
