Happy Fall Y'all!

So it's officially Fall, my favorite time of year!  I love every aspect of this season, cooler air, hoodies and jeans, Halloween (not the scary stuff!), fall type things to do.  I just love it!  We have already done Corn Cob Acres about two weeks ago, although I want to go back again before the season is over for that place because it was great!  Noah had a blast!  This past weekend we went to camp for the weekend, it was great weather up there!  Noah had a blast, we were the only ones there since it was late Sunday and then we left to come home today Tuesday, so that was kinda nice, not a lot of traffic in and out to worry about.
We couldn't go to camp without his tractor!

Noah now is driving the golf cart, we just have to handle the gas and brake....I must say he's pretty good for 2 1/2!

He loves jumping on here, if we had room I'd get him one for home!

BUSTED!

Grammy said they were going for a walk, not to the water!

the water was actually warm, however the air was cool and this probably wasn't the best idea but he had a lot of fun!

What they made so I wouldn't be mad! lol

Noah took Grammy and I on a late night golf cart ride before bed!
We had fun, a really LONG Sunday with going from home to Dover to home ate dinner and left again for Camp which is 1 1/2 hrs away!  But thankfully Noah has been a great traveler, he wasn't so keen on it before but he was a real trooper, and has been so I guess he's growing out of the bad screaming kid road tripper!  I am so proud to say that he was also dry all the way to Dover, dry the whole time there and went potty there, dry all the way home, all the way to camp.  The whole trip at camp NO ACCIDENTS!  The last time he was at camp he had already been on the potty training train and it was bad, he had a lot of accidents!  But I am so proud to say he did a GREAT job this weekend!

Today since we were home early from camp, we called my sister to see if we could get Parker early from Daycare.  She said yes!  So he joined us for a trip to Ollie's, and to The Possibility Place playground before we took him home to his Mama and Mommy!  Mom and I had a blast, Noah was happy to see him again to!

Sucking his thumb, or saying peace?!

Prince Parker in the castle!

Talking with Grammy and smiling and laughing!

My Handsome little Nephew
We had a blast with Parker!  Thanks to my sister to letting us pick him up early and spend a few hours with him!

One more day of vacation tomorrow, and that's it!  I'll tell ya five days of work don't ever go this fast!  But spending time with my family is great, and I wouldn't trade it for the world!

The Monster Mile!

Sunday September 23rd was my Dad's 60th Birthday!  It also just so happened to be the day he decided to schedule his Christmas gift from my Mom from 2011!  My Mom got him a ride 4 laps/drive 20 laps at Dover.  My Dad loves Nascar, I think he was more into it when Dale Earnhardt Sr was still alive, because that was his all time favorite driver (not to mention that Noah and little cousins had thought he was Dale Earnhardt!).  My Mom knew that this would be a gift he would love, and NEVER forget, so she got it for him.  I couldn't believe he waited this long to cash it in!  But what a better way to spend your Birthday?!

Dad waiting for the drivers to be called....Noah wanted to be with him!

On the guests van ride around the track which was AWESOME!  This was on the slant, where the driver stopped...Parker's face is priceless!

Checking out McQueen!

He should have had his Dale Earnhardt sunglasses!

Yep that's my Mom with a helmet!  You could pay to ride 4 laps and she did it!

She said it was awesome!

Dad got to ride his 4 laps in McQueen, Noah was happy!

There he goes, number 83 my Dad driving!

You can see how genuinely happy he really is!
I had a blast!  I have not seen my Dad so happy in a very long time!  He deserved this happiness, and I am so glad he got it especially on his birthday, and that me, Noah, my sister, Danielle and Parker could be there for it!  He said it was a thrill of a lifetime!  I'm sure he wishes he could have just been out there on his own to go as fast as he wanted and go as long as he wanted, but he could only go as fast as the car in front of him which was there on purpose, but he did get to go pretty fast anyway!

I'm sure this 60th birthday was the best so far!  Mom already is saying that she'll never be able to top that present so she isn't even going to try! lol

Corn Cob Acres

Today we started our day with the Hummelstown Craft Show!  Noah ended up with dinosaur books, a new mouse hat and candy to!  We had fun!  Then we headed off to Corn Cob Acres, it's a short drive, actually at Field of Screams in Mountville just in the back!
Noah new we were going to a surprise, he wouldn't have understood had I told him the name anyway.  I knew he was going to have so much fun there, and today was opening day there and the PERFECT weather!

Lovin' it already!

Going on our hayride!

I believe that the corn bin was one of his favorites!

Parker's turn!

Momma and Parker

Parker the Pirate, Noah the Monster, and Sabrina the Witch!

This was one of his favorites to!

Aunt Danielle made a pretty good Cowgirl!

He's probably thinking, Oh just wait until next year....me and Noah together, you better bring backup!

We found the field of candy corn!

yay we made it out alive!
We had so much fun today!  I am so glad that one of the girls at daycare told me about this place last year and I just so happened to check into it Friday!  I have to thank my sister, and Danielle for coming with us!  I think they made it even funner!  Parker will be so much fun there next year to!!
After we left there, which you can spend hours there!  There is so much to do!  We went to Friendly's for lunch, needless to say Noah was SO tired since it was past his nap time that he didn't even eat 1/2 his lunch and fell asleep on me!
As knocked out as he looks, and actually seemed at the time, he woke up after about five minutes!  Then he played the crane game, which he was promised he was going to be able to do when we were done eating!  I helped him the first round, but he did the rest and ended up actually winning a Rocket Pop!  How about that crap!  I can't win something out of one of those machines if my life depended on it!
We headed home, and his Aunties and Parker hung out at our house for a few hours and then headed home.  We had a great day!  I have no idea what tomorrow has in store for us!  We'll probably just stick around here, or maybe go visit his Auntie's and cousin and then hit the playground near their place for a change!  I don't know yet!

What a great day!  I hope everyone had a equally awesome day!
